We accept a wide range of insurance plans.
At AHCI we are contracted with a host of insurance companies. The list below is a few of the insurance companies we are contracted and in network with. If your insurance plan is not listed below, give the office a call 440-867-4800 to verify if your insurance plan is currently accepted by the practice. Co-pays are DUE at the time of your visit. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
