Meet The NP's

Megan R. Staff, CNP Megan R. Staff, CNP

Megan is board certified as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Kent State University in 2012. From there, she worked as a bedside telemetry nurse. During this time, she cared for a wide variety of patients in a fast-paced work environment. She took on leadership roles such as preceptor, charge nurse, and nurse council member.

Four years into her nursing career, she decided to further pursue her nursing education. She began her masters education at Kent State University. Megan graduated in 2019 with a Master in Science of Nursing with a focus as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. In 2019, she also became certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Megan is a member of professional organizations including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses.

Her hobbies include spending time with her family, watching Cleveland sports, and exercising.



Diana L. Mackensen, MSN, FNP-C Diana L. Mackensen, MSN, FNP-C

Diana is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2009 at Lakeland Community College and Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Ohio University in 2013. During this time, she cared for a wide variety of patients in a diverse work environment providing care for surgical patients focused on delivering quality patient care, acting as a patient advocate with emphasis on patient safety. She took on leadership roles such as preceptor, charge nurse, and team leader. She also actively pursued opportunities for career advancement and managed a specialty service.

In 2017, she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Ursuline College. In 2017, she also certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She continued providing patient care by evaluating, assessing, and optimizing the health of patients prior to undergoing surgical procedures. 

Diana is a member of professional organizations including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses.

Her hobbies include spending time with her family, her animals, and gardening.
